This classic ocean cruiser has spent her entire life on the cold, clean, freshwater of The Great Lakes.  She is in outstanding condition with a number of upgrades and extras that will enhance your sailing experience, and extend the life of this classic yacht for many more years of dependable sailing.  This boat is a joy to sail, comfortable to live aboard, and beautiful to look at.  You will get many envious stares with each new port of call.

Cheoy Lee sailboats are known for their solid, high quality construction.  The interior is varnished teak with white soft vinyl overhead (2008), updated upholstery (2005), multiple opening ports, and a teak cabin sole.  “Karma” has the classic warmth and appeal of a true yacht.

The forward cabin has a double vee berth w/filler cushion and storage below, shelves w/fiddle rails, storage cabinets, screened deck hatch, reading lights, and louvered doors to the salon.

The salon’s port and starboard settees are in the round with storage behind and outboard.  The teak dining table lowers to create round bed for two.  Good light and ventilation are provided by multiple ports, chrome Dorade vents (2006), screened deck hatch, and the companionway’s louvered teak hinged doors.  The interior grab rails make movement below decks safe and secure in a seaway. Removable cloth curtains for salon and head.

The U-shaped galley to starboard has teak trimmed counter tops, stainless steel sink near center line with hot and cold pressure water, a 6 gallon, 110v AC/engine heated hot water heater (2018), Britta drinking water filter (2009), a large, insulated ice box, Isotherm drawer refrigerator/freezer (2017), a gimbaled, two burner Shipmate alcohol stove with oven (not connected), and Sharp combination microwave/oven (2004).

The head is to port at the base of the companionway with a Jabsco manual head (2005)& holding tank (2015) (overboard discharge has been disabled), porcelain sink, pressure water, Formica counter top, mirror, handheld shower, storage shelves, and opening port.

There are port and starboard quarter berths on each side of the companionway w/ shelves w/fiddle rails, and reading lights.
