Your Day on the Water just got better!

The hugely popular William Shaw designed Pearson 36-2 undoubtedly owes its success to its adherence to the fundamentals of legitimate sailboat building – above average construction, which reflects even today in hull soundings and gelcoat quality; great performance; and comfort, whether you are behind the wheel, firmly camped against the coamings on a hard heel, or enjoying an evening tot in the cabin. The 36-2 really does have a remarkable interior, managing to cram two large cabins, a real head and shower, a true galley, a dedicated nav station, and an enormous table, large enough for a serious poker game, all into 36 feet. “Corino” is a fine example of Pearson craftsmanship, and although she is a true-blue freshwater boat, she would be well suited for an adventure to the south – her centerboard will provide great upwind performance, allowing you to cruise from one island to the next, or sneak into the most secret anchorages – and her built-in air conditioner will keep you cool on the hot and muggy tropic nights, when the wind has died and it’s time for drinks. Corino is currently on the hard near the IL-WI border; after many years of ownership, the owners are pursuing other interests, and offers are encouraged.
