Your Day on the Water just got better!

As a two owner, freshwater boat, “Artful Dodger” offers a unique blend of modern cruising amenities in a 31’ package and only 4’10” draft.  She’s a complete package setup for family fun in comfort and with style.

“Artful Dodger” has a bright and inviting interior with varnished teak bulkheads, white overhead, light ceilings, and a teak and holly cabin sole.

The forward cabin has a queen size centerline berth w/inner spring mattress, shelves port and starboard, hanging locker, large bank of drawers, cabinets, and port and starboard opening ports, screened deck hatch w/screen, and port & starboard reading lights.  There is privacy door to the salon.

The salon’s port “L” shaped dinette with pedestal table & coffee table drops to a comfortable double berth with storage under and behind plus shelving and cabinetry outboard.  The starboard settee seats 2 with storage under and behind and more shelving.  Good light and ventilation are provided by long windows, a screened deck hatch, and the wide companionway.

The L-shaped galley to starboard has storage galore, a deep stainless steel sink near center line with pressure (needs repair) and dock side water, and Seaward 11 gallon hot water heater (needs repair).  The insulated, top and front loading ice box has been converted to Adler Barbour 12 DC/110 AC refrigeration.  Tilt out silverware and storage cabinetry combined with Corian counter tops w/fiddles and compartments makes food preparation in harbor or underway simple and efficient.  The Hillerange two burner propane stove with oven is gimbaled and augmented with a Samsung microwave.  An opening port with screen near the stove and wide companion way provide good ventilation while cooking.

The forward facing, folding navigation is to starboard at the head of the aft cabin berth.

The head is to port of the companionway with a Jabsco manual head (2002) & holding tank (overboard discharge has been disabled), pressure water, molded sink & Corian counter top, mirror w/storage, handheld shower fixture, shower curtain, and independent shower sump pump, cabinet, dome lights, and deck opening port w/screen.

The Starboard aft cabin has a comfortable double berth spanning the entire stern.  The outboard sides of the berth have long shelves with fiddle rails.  There is additional storage space in a port side cabinet and aft locker.  Privacy curtain and generous proportions would deem this to be the perfect guest cabin.  An opening cockpit hatch w/screen, and overhead lights make it all feel light and airy.
