Rare opportunity to own a world class racer cruiser.  Tim Jackett designed this boat to win on race day and cruise in luxury when not seeking speed. A high tech epoxy hull combined with carbon fiber rigging and racing sails will put you into the competition; and the luxury accommodations below decks are extremely well thought out and comfortable for cruising.  Yankee Zulu certainly carries the DNA and pedigree of C&C /Tartan’s well known legacy of performance, quality, and comfort. 2016 B&G electronics, New North 3DI performance sails. Stored indoors for the winter 2019/20. JUST LISTED!

She has a bright and inviting interior with varnished cheery cabinetry and trim, white overhead, and a teak & holly cabin sole.

The forward cabin provides privacy and comfort.  The double berth is flanked by long shelves w/cabinets. There is a port hanging locker, starboard locker w/shelves, hinged up V-berth storage, 24’x24” & 12”X17” deck hatches, cabin fan, port & starboard reading lights and dome overhead lights.

The salon’s port “L” shaped dinette sleeps one and has storage under and behind plus shelving w/cabinets outboard.  The drop-leaf table works well for this kind of boat.  The starboard seating converts to a single berth with storage under, behind and shelving w/cabinets outboard.  Good light and ventilation are provided by LED overhead lights, port & starboard reading lights, gimballed kerosene lantern, long fixed ports, cabin fan, 12”X17” deck hatch, and the companionway.

The L-shaped galley to starboard has sensible storage.  The deep molded-in sink is near center line with pressure hot and cold water, foot pump, and 6 gallon hot water heater. The insulated, top loading ice box has been converted to Isotherm refrigeration and is large enough for a Mac Race and then the cruise home.  Storage cabinetry and Granicote counter tops w/fiddles and compartments, make food preparation in harbor or underway simple and efficient.  The Princess two burner propane stove with oven is gimbaled.  An opening port near the stove, cabin fan, and the companionway provide good ventilation while cooking.

The forward facing navigation station is to port across from the galley.

The head to port of the companionway is set up with a manual Jabsco head & holding tank, pressure hot and cold water, stainless steel sink and Granicote counter top, mirror/medicine cabinet, stall shower w/automatic pump, dome light, and 5”X15” opening port.  A door built into the aft end of the shower stall allows access to the large, port side cockpit locker.

The starboard aft cabin has a large double berth, outboard shelf and hanging locker.  The opening 5”X15” opening port, cabin fan plus overhead dome lights make it all feel light and airy.  Reading lights are in the corners.
