As a two owner, freshwater boat, “Charisma” offers a unique blend of modern cruising amenities in the interior and the improved performance from a fin keel and asymmetrical spinnaker.  She’s a complete summer home setup for family fun in comfort and style.

“Charisma” has a bright and inviting interior with varnished teak bulkheads, white overhead, light ceilings, and a Lonseal synthetic teak and holly cabin sole.

The forward cabin has a queen size pedestal berth w/inner spring mattress, shelves port and starboard, hanging locker, large bank of drawers, cabinets, and port and starboard opening ports, screened deck hatch and port & starboard reading lights.  There is privacy door to head and another to the salon.

The head is to port with an electric head & holding tank (overboard discharge has been capped), pressure water, molded sink & Corian counter top, hinged mirror storage, full stall shower with independent shower sump pump, cabinet, fluorescent lights, opening port w/screen and deck hatch w/screen.

The salon’s port settee serves as a comfortable single berth with storage under and behind plus shelving and cabinetry outboard.  The starboard seats and game table convert to a single berth with storage under and behind and more shelving.  The bulkhead mounted folding table opens up the boat when not dining.  Good light and ventilation are provided by multiple opening ports, two screened deck hatches, and the wide companionway.

The U-shaped galley to starboard has storage galore.  The deep double stainless steel sinks are near center line with pressure and dock side water, and Seaward hot water heater.  The insulated, top loading ice box has been converted to Frigoboat 12 DC/110 AC refrigeration as an addition to the front loading Isotherm refrigerator.  Silverware and storage cabinetry combined with Corian counter tops w/fiddles and compartments makes food preparation in harbor or underway simple and efficient.  The Princess two burner propane stove with oven is gimbaled and augmented with a Conture microwave.  Opening ports with screens near the stove and wide companion way provide good ventilation while cooking.

The outward facing navigation station is to port at the end of the settee.

The aft cabin has a comfortable large athwartship berth with innerspring mattress.  The head of the berth is a combination of long shelf with fiddle rail/backrest.  There is additional storage space in a port locker.  Entry is through both the galley and head compartments.  Hull and cockpit well ports and deck port plus overhead lights make it all feel light and airy.
